Ankh

This week I started another fabric book page with the theme Ancient Egypt. It reminded me of the quilt I made for my oldest daughter in 2005. I had a fat quarter with Egyptian prints and we used as many parts as possible, she helped me designing it. When I was patching this quilt I found the matching pyramids fabric at a quilt show. The label is stitched in stemstitch with stranded floss.
There’s a bigger photo of this quilt on my Flickr-page.
