Fabric spaghetti

Last weekend I finished a fabric book page for Frances, so my sewing machine was already on the table. It was my excuse to try rouleau loops for Karen’s class embroider, embellish, create. Here’s my fabric spaghetti at the back of the book page.
Part of it is added to my first block. The rouleau loops are tucked under the last seam of my first block.
I’m adding some extra stitching to the fabric with the feather stitches, I’m going to share it when it’s finished.

  3. I've never done rouleau loops, Annet. Are they really fiddly? They are effective, though. I wonder what you're creating.
