TAST stitch 132 is Kiko’s flower. TAST stands for Take A Stitch Tuesday,
an embroidery challenge at Pin Tangle.
This was the perfect
stitch to add to my pretty fabric sampler. I used perle 5 for Kiko’s flower and
4 threads of stranded floss for the French knots in the centre. Just click the
photo to take a closer look.
Oh, I envy you your perfect stitches!
ReplyDeleteThis was my second try. The cotton a broder didn't work very good on this fabric, so I had to frog it!
DeleteIt turned out beautiful! The background fabric perfectly displays your flower. And your bullion stitches all look fantastic. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Renee. It's fun to see this pretty fabric change with all the stitches I add.
DeleteWat mooi Annet!
Deletea very pretty flower
ReplyDeleteThanks, Margaret.
