French knots and straight stitches

These are the first seams on the first block for Karen’s class. The fabric with the squares got French knots in a pattern. The scalloped edge needed some straight stitches around the circles and a few French knots at the end of the  lines. This is fun!

    So pretty! I love the wheels/webs and the French knots. This IS fun. I've done some wheels and French knots, too, now. Finished all the seams on my first piece and have another piece ready to be basted, but my seams don't look this good.
