Garden sampler
My finished garden
sampler for the June Sampler-along at &Stitches. I have stretched my sampler
over an old CD with batting and sewed it to another old CD with batting with a
hanging loop between the parts. Then I couched knitting yarn at the edge. There
are 21 different stitches in this sampler, most of them are TAST stitches. Take
a closer look at my sampler and the details in my Flickr album.
This is just so beautiful, Annet. A great way to show off the lovely stitches. Dianne.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAnnet this is delightful, as always your stitching is something to be admired, what a good way of using old CD`s too
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWat een plaatje ,zo mooi
BeantwoordenVerwijderenDat is mooi! En een heel goed idee om oude cd's zo her te gebruiken.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWhat a beautiful piece af embroidery, I like the idea of stretching it around the CD I may use this method myself sometime!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenFinished up beautifully! I love watching you work along on the TAST challenge. I have a pile of fabrics I want to stitch on but this year seems to be ending before I will even begin.

Your garden sampler is beautiful. Your use of the stitches learned during the tast is wonderful.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAnnet, this is so lovely!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe reason why I joined TAST was to learn new stitches to be able to USE them. Here is a perfect sample of how you can use with the TAST stitches.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenOh, it is such a beautiful TAST disc, lots to see and enjoy.
