Carduelis chloris

Birds is Helinä’s theme for the fabric book swap at Fibre Fever. I patched this greenfinch by hand, the pattern is from the book Patchwork Tiere by Ula Lenz.

Since last month you can follow my blog on facebook, I hope to meet you there!

    1. Most of the fabrics were scraps from my unfinished double weddding ring quilt (http://fat-quarter.blogspot.nl/2011/10/work-in-slow-progress-22.html). We're going to have a very busy week again, so I hope I can find time to post. I have lots of things to share, but no time!

    1. Thanks, Margaret. I use freezer paper at the back of the fabric to cut my fabric pieces.
