Cloud Filling
I made the cloud filling on a pink polka dot fabric. I had trouble finding the right thread in my stash, but last month I received some lovely mocha floss in a swap. That was just perfect, it's called Six Strand Sweet Hand-dyed by Jessica Burr. I used 2 threads of it for the grid in running stitches instead of straight stitches. For the lacing I used DMC ecru broder special. The dots of the fabric are in every other square. I like it! This picture is sneak peek of a project I’m working on, I will show the rest next week. This stitch is part of the Take A Stitch Tuesday challenge at Pintangle.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenHow can you do such even stitches?. You matched the thread nicely to the cloth. Thanks for sharing.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenDit past goed bij elkaar, ik ben benieuwd hoe het geheel eruit gaat zien Annet.
