Parisian stitch in
Appleton wool . . .
. . . and Byzantine
stitch in 2 threads of stranded floss.
This is my last Work In
Progress Wednesday post. Of course I keep blogging about this project, but WIPW
is not working for me anymore. It feels like another task on my growing to-do-list.
I just want to be free to write about it when I feel like it and write about
other things on Wednesdays.
WIPW should not be a burden, so please free yourself from the 'duty' to report. To me it has always been, and will continue to be, a good way for me to keep up with work.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYour needlepoint patterns are so beautiful and I now know that I have to add needlepoint to my Pile 'em On project once the flames are completed.
WIPW was very good for finishing my quilt a few years ago, but life takes over in the last few months. I'm looking forward to see your needlepoint experiments!
VerwijderenYour needlepoint is gorgeous, such neat stitching. Do not worry about reporting everything, time goes by so fast it is impossible to fit things in sometimes!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThanks, Susan. It would be great to have a few more hours in a day!
VerwijderenIt is very beautiful! And I understand what you feel! I just stopped thinking I had to sell my stuff on the sundaymarket. And that desition took a burden of my shoulders!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenDank je, Marjolein. Heerlijk als er zo'n last van je schouders valt, wat kunnen we het onszelf toch moeilijk maken!
Verwijderenfantastic embroidery additions. I love the colours
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThanks, Chitra, it's so much fun to work on this!
