Keychain

It’s been 2 weeks since my last blogpost. I made my cards for ICAD every day, but there was no time to blog about them. I think I’m going to share them next month, when the challenge is finished. In the meantime you can find them on my Facebook blog. For now I want to share this cute crocheted keychain, I used this pattern (sorry, only in Dutch).

ICAD week 3 & 4

This year I’m participating in ICAD, which stands for Index Card A Day. There’s a weekly theme with daily prompts. I managed to make a card each day, so I have 40 cards finished, I make today's card after posting this blog. I share them on my Facebook blog the day I create them and I planned to write a weekly post with more info here. There was no time to blog, so I make 2 posts with my cards for 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be day 42, the end of week 6. You can find the theme and prompts for week 3 and 4 at Daisy Yellow here and here.

A pink flower collage for day 15.
Cross stitches on wallpaper for day 16.
A collage for day 17. Tijd voor genieten is Dutch for time to enjoy.
A collage for day 18, Koninklijk oranje is Dutch for Royal orange.
Snowflakes for day 19, stamped and crocheted.
‘Art’ I made in the 1960’s for day 20.
A collage on a marker background for day 21. Ik ben gewoon anders is Dutch for I’m just different.
I used the prompt for day 22 to decorate the front cover of my ICAD book. I only have 59 old index cards (my new set has a different size), so this way I can use all 61 prompts.
Playing with lines for day 23.
My first doodles with ecoline for day 24, it was fun!
Collage and origami for day 25, the words are part of the lyrics of a Dutch song for children about a folded hat.
I never played Space Invaders, but it was fun to enlarge this on my card for day 26.
A collage for day 27. Waar slaap je is Dutch for Where do you sleep.
A collage with photos of our cats for day 28.
You can take a closer look at all cards I made for ICAD 2016 in my Flickr album.
