Work In Progress Wednesday - December 4

This week I only finished 4 new patches, it’s just a very busy week with 2 birthdays and the preparation for our Sinterklaas celebration. Today we have no electricity during working hours, so I scheduled this post last Sunday.
Patch 17: whip stitched edge with stranded floss and decorated with sequins and beads.
Patch 18: stranded floss for the whip stitched edge and chicken scratch.
Patch 19: whip stitched edge with perle 8 and straight stitches around the stars with DMC 80.
Patch 20: whip stitched edge with perle 5 and quilted with one thread of stranded floss.
The last 2 patched have cross stitches in the corners. It was one of the nice ideas I found in the Flickr group Teesha Moore Patches (inspired by Teesha Moore).

  3. I agree with Margaret, the quilting on the last patch creates drifts of snow for the trees.
How do you manage without electricity for a whole working day?
